X Mosaic Generator
Put your X conversations in the picture. Turn the people you interact with most into a mosaic of familiar faces.
Familiar faces. A different picture.
An illustrative preview. Generate a mosaic to see the people around a real public account.
Your conversations, pieced together
X Mosaic makes a photo collage from the recent public interactions around an X account. The account has the largest photo; higher-ranked people get more space in Tiles. Grid uses a larger owner photo with an even grid for the other people.
From username to photo mosaic
- Enter a public username or X profile link. The server reads recent public posts, using the same cached ranking as X Circle.
- Choose Tiles or Grid, pick an image format, and adjust the colors, gaps and corners. Untick people in the ranking to leave them out.
- Download the PNG, save it on your phone, or create a seven-day share link. Post on X prepares the picture and opens the composer for you to review.
Public activity, with the reading in view
The ranking counts available replies, quotes, mentions and reposts, with recency and two-way activity taken into account. It reads a recent sample, not an account’s full history. Missing photos use an initial. Likes, follows, DMs and protected posts do not contribute. The result shows when the data was read and whether incoming activity was limited.
XCircle’s server contacts FxTwitter for public posts and caches the result. Your browser makes the PNG. A public seven-day snapshot is saved only when you request a share link; changing styles or downloading does not create one.

Questions about X Mosaic
How can I turn my X conversations into a photo collage?
Enter a public X username or profile link and choose Make my mosaic. XCircle ranks the people found in recent public replies, quotes, mentions and reposts, then arranges their photos around a larger photo of the account. Customize the layout and download a PNG.
Is there a free mosaic generator without an X login?
Yes. X Mosaic is free to use and needs no X password, authorization or posting permission. It works with your own or another public account. Protected accounts are not supported, and data requests are rate-limited.
Will my mosaic show the same people as my X Circle?
Yes, when both use the same saved reading and exclusions. They share one interaction ranking and cache; the picture layout changes. Use the homepage’s scoring explanation to see how interaction types, age and two-way activity affect the order.
Can I make a mosaic of followers or people who like my posts?
This tool selects people from public post interactions. It does not collect a follower list, check who follows whom, or use likes in the ranking. A follower count shown with a profile is background information and does not change their position.
Which layouts and image sizes can I export?
Choose Tiles for varied photo sizes or Grid for a larger owner photo and evenly sized member cells. Export square 1200 × 1200, landscape 1600 × 1200, portrait 1200 × 1600, or story 1080 × 1920 PNGs. Colors, gaps, corners, names and ranks can be adjusted.
Why is someone missing, or why are there fewer than 50 people?
The reading only includes the recent public posts available from the provider. It may miss older conversations, unavailable mentions or private activity. Choose 8, 24 or up to 50 people, and check the ranking below the image. Hiding someone moves the next available person into the picture without fetching again.
How do I save the image on my phone or share it on X?
On mobile, choose Save to Photos, then touch and hold the prepared image to use your phone’s save option. Supported browsers also offer a file share menu. Post on X opens a draft with a randomized caption, up to five visible member mentions and a link; attach or paste the prepared PNG before posting.
What does a mosaic share link save, and how long does it last?
It saves the server-held reading and your displayed layout, image format, colors, labels and exclusions for seven days. Anyone with the link can view that snapshot and make their own mosaic. Opening it does not collect new posts. Download a PNG if you want to keep the picture for longer.
